Community Favourites: A Decade of Houzz and Client Satisfaction Awards

July 7, 2026Awards

While industry design awards are a point of pride, the awards that come directly from the community are truly favourite milestones for us. For over a decade, Denys Builds Designs Renovations has been consistently awarded the “Best of Houzz” Service Award, including our most recent recognition in February 2025.

Driven by Client Satisfaction

The Best of Houzz awards are determined by the 16 million monthly users of the Houzz community. To be recognized at the highest level for client satisfaction proves that our 40-year commitment to our neighbours in Ottawa is making a difference.

We have also been honoured by Home Improvements4u as one of the most popular home improvement specialists in the city, consistently ranking in the top tier for home renovations in Ottawa.

Experience the Denys Difference

We don’t just build spaces; we build trust. Whether we are executing custom closet renovations or complex structural changes, our focus is always on the homeowner’s experience. By specializing in a design-build model, we ensure that the vision we create on paper is exactly what is delivered in your home.

With over 1,000 “saves” of our projects on Houzz and a legacy of positive reviews, we invite you to see why we are one of Ottawa’s most trusted names in remodeling. Explore our Awards Page to see the full list of our community accolades.
