Award Spotlight: GOHBA Kitchen Recognition – Patterson House

July 7, 2026Awards

We are pleased to share the success of the Patterson House, which received an Honourable Mention from the Greater Ottawa Home Builders’ Association (GOHBA) for Best Kitchen under 200 square feet. This project showcases our ability to deliver professional-grade kitchens in compact, urban settings.

Efficient Design-Build Excellence

For many kitchen renovations in Ottawa, the goal is to modernize the workspace without changing the home’s footprint. At the Patterson House, we achieved this by modernizing the layout to improve the “work triangle” and choosing finishes that made the room feel bright and inviting.

As part of our kitchen project portfolio, this home serves as a perfect example of how thoughtful design can overcome the challenges of a small room. We focused on high-quality cabinetry and durable materials to ensure the kitchen remains a functional hub for years to come.

A Legacy of Award-Winning Kitchens

Being recognized by GOHBA is a proud achievement that reflects our 40-year history of excellence in Ottawa. We believe that every kitchen—regardless of size—deserves award-winning attention. Whether you are looking for a full home renovation or a targeted kitchen update, our team brings recognized expertise to every build.
