Award Spotlight: GOHBA Best Housing Detail – Parent House

July 7, 2026Awards

Excellence in home renovation often lies in the details. We are proud to highlight the Parent House, which received the GOHBA Design Award for Best Housing Detail. This award celebrates the unique architectural elements that set a home apart and turn a standard renovation into a work of “Structural Artistry.”

The Power of the Detail

In the world of home renovations in Ottawa, many contractors focus on the big picture, but we believe the details are what make a home truly special. For the Parent House, we specialized in creating a custom architectural feature that added both character and value to the residence.

This project is a standout example in our elements project gallery, where we showcase the precision carpentry and design work that has made us one of Ottawa’s most decorated renovation firms.

Award-Winning Craftsmanship

Recognition from GOHBA (the Greater Ottawa Home Builders’ Association) is the gold standard for our industry. Winning “Best Housing Detail” reinforces our 40-year commitment to providing homeowners with more than just a renovation—we provide a piece of architectural art. From heritage restoration to modern additions, the Parent House is a testament to the level of quality you can expect from our team.
