Award Spotlight: 2025 GOHBA Finalist for Custom Kitchen – Wolf House

July 7, 2026Awards

Denys Builds Designs Renovations is honoured to be named a 2025 finalist by the Greater Ottawa Home Builders’ Association (GOHBA). The Wolf House was recognized in the competitive category of Modern/Contemporary Custom Kitchen (175 sq. ft. or less).

Small-Space Mastery in Kitchen Design

This nomination highlights our expertise in kitchen renovations in Ottawa that require what we call “small-space mastery.” We modernized the Wolf House kitchen by optimizing the workflow and using high-end cabinetry to create a professional-grade culinary space within a compact urban footprint.

By removing visual barriers and maximizing natural light, we created an open-concept environment that feels twice its actual size. As a leader in custom kitchen projects, we take pride in delivering award-calibre results for homes where every centimetre counts.

A Legacy of Excellence with GOHBA

To be recognized by GOHBA in 2025 is a proud moment for our team. As one of Ottawa’s most decorated renovation firms, we believe that design awards are about more than just photos—they are about the structural artistry and problem-solving that goes into the build.

Whether you are looking for a full home renovation or a specialized kitchen update, our goal is to provide a space that reflects your lifestyle while meeting the highest industry standards for quality and innovation.
